The iconic Soviet light machine gun DP-27 is one of the few LMGs released for Call of Duty: Vanguard<\/a> at launch and, in our opinion, by far the best LMG currently available in the game.<\/p>\n

The Degtyaryov machine gun, which is the full name of this weapon, was the standard Soviet infantry light machine gun during World War II, also known for being equipped on almost all Soviet tanks in WWII due to its flexibility.<\/p>\n

And “flexibility” is exactly the word we would use to describe this potent weapon in COD Vanguard. What makes it so special is the fact that it is by far the most mobile LMG in the game while still being able to output a tremendous amount of damage.<\/p>\n

Although still being good at range combat, as we’ve mentioned in our list of best weapons in COD Vanguard<\/a>, this LMG excels for those players who want an LGM which complements a more aggressive playstyle and allows players to deal with their foes in close-range combat, due to the nature of most of the new maps in Vanguard. <\/a><\/p>\n
