DICE and EA unleashed Battlefield 2042<\/a> in the early hours of the morning on 12th November 2021 via the early access launch<\/a>, available for those who have pre-ordered the Gold Edition or the Ultimate Edition. While those with the Standard Edition will have to wait until Battlefield 2042’s release date of 19th November, that might not be the worst thing in the world, as there are dozens of known bugs and issues in the game right now.<\/p>\n

Developer DICE and publisher EA are aware of a plethora of bugs and issues players are experiencing at launch. This ranges from progression and unlocks issues, to not being able to revive a teammate whilst in certain areas, some gadgets not working properly and more.<\/p>\n

Battlefield 2042 bugs and issues detailed<\/h2>\n

Across all of the three main modes, from your standard Battlefield All-Out-Warfare mode to Portal<\/a> and Hazard Zone<\/a>, seeping into multiple maps<\/a>, there are some bugs and issues to be found.<\/p>\n

The teams at DICE have been working “extremely hard to get Battlefield 2042 into as smooth and rewarding a state as possible” but we all know no big game launch is without flaws.<\/p>\n

A member of DICE’s team working on Battlefield 2042, Straatford, explained in a recent post<\/a> that players might “still encounter some bugs and issues during these first few weeks.”<\/p>\n
