Fans of the series will know though that life is precious and the best way to protect yourself from harm in the chaotic streets of GTA is to equip body armour. Lucky for you it’s plentiful and scattered throughout the city, so you can always pick up fresh gear.<\/p>\n

What does body armour do in GTA III?<\/h2>\n

Body armour is the best way to protect yourself in Liberty City. Equipping it provides protection equal to your maximum HP, essentially doubling your health.<\/p>\n

Body armour does lose points same as HP when you take damage, so you’ll need to keep picking up fresh armour to make sure you’re at max protection.<\/p>\n
