Rocket League<\/a> content creator Jared “SunlessKhan” Zook has been a staple of the car soccer community since its early days and thanks to Psyonix’s game going free-to-play, his audience, reach, and impact are growing by the day.<\/p>\n

Hitting two million subscribers just recently, the 29-year-old decided to outdo himself by recreating one of his most-watched YouTube videos, the April 2020 “Longest Game in Rocket League History.”<\/a><\/p>\n

With 12 million views on the original video at the time of writing, Sunless called the Rocket League equivalent of the Avengers and then some to reprise the idea and surpass the 11-hour-long car soccer game by going a full day with non-stop action.<\/p>\n

Co-hosted by Ghost Gaming’s Paco and Spacestation Gaming’s peer Treyven “Lethamyr” Robitaille, Mr Zook invited over 200 casters, pros and content creators to join the day-long stream.<\/p>\n

The feat was not started for a selfish reason, however, as the Rocket League community decided that any and all donations would go towards MrBeast’s and Mark Rober’s initiative, Team Seas<\/a>, that has successfully removed over 10,000,000 pounds of trash removed from our blue oceans.<\/p>\n

With raffles, coaching sessions and outfit incentives, money started flying in from all over the globe with the most used one being the $100 USD donation to take out a specific pro from the match for two minutes.<\/p>\n

This incentive would be used as a last resource where in the last 60 minutes, Orange team AKA Team Trash had a good lead over Blue team AKA Team Seas until viewers started abusing their power and donating in bulks of $100 USD which would leave plenty of open nets for Seas to come out on top.<\/p>\n

With a 683 to 679 scoreboard, Team Seas stood tall and had the Rocket League community raise $40,000 for the project whilst also beating the world record for the longest car soccer game in history.
