The studio has been surprisingly tight-lipped on what&#8217;s actually in store for its 30th-anniversary celebration, though a recent Steam listing shed some light on this mid-season update just days before its launch.<\/p>\n<p>Ever since the reveal of Destiny 2: Bungie&#8217;s 30th Anniversary Pack, fans haven&#8217;t shied away from sharing their excitement for all the new content that&#8217;s coming while also slamming Bungie for the hefty price tag of &#36;24.99 (&pound;21.99). (Picture: Bungie)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1656370\/Destiny_2_Bungie_30th_Anniversary_Pack\/\">Steam page<\/a>, 30th Anniversary Pack owners will gain additional reward chests in the six players free activity called &#8220;Dares of Eternity&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Notable game journalist, Paul Tassi, took to Twitter to share the aforementioned information while also suggesting that these reward chests could simply offer cosmetic items. Bungie&#8217;s senior community manager, Dylan Gafner, soon confirmed that these reward chests offer additional cosmetic items to players who complete the six players activity.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-twitter-extracted-i1638553562350451546=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">30th Anniversary Pack owners also gain access to additional COSMETIC reward chests after playing the free Dares of Eternity activity to redeem in the Treasure Room. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/hbdvFzUmZv\">https:\/\/t.co\/hbdvFzUmZv<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; dmg04 (@A_dmg04) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/A_dmg04\/status\/1466446726361804802?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 2, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\n<script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async><\/script>\n<\/p>\n<p>While Bungie has yet to show what these cosmetic rewards will look like, fans should expect them to reflect the 30-year history of Bungie.
