PlayStation 4 players can compete in the Fortnite Celebration Cup later this month, with a huge prize pool and special skins up for grabs. <\/p>\n
Announced on the PlayStation blog<\/a>, the Solos competition will take place across Saturday 15th February and Sunday 16th February, with different prizes available on each day. <\/p>\n On the first day, if you place in the top 5% of your regional leaderboard, you’ll unlock a Tango skin. The top 25% of players will receive a Wild Accent pickaxe, while the top 50% win a Take Cover spray. <\/p>\n If you place in the top 5%, you’ll also receive the below ranked prizes too. <\/p>\n The second day sees players compete for a share of $1,000,000. You can check out the full prize breakdowns for each region and rules here<\/a>. <\/p>\n To compete in the Fortnite Celebration Cup, you’ll have to be playing on PlayStation 4 and make sure your Fortnite account is at level 15. You’ll also have to enable two-factor authentication on your Epic account. <\/p>\n You can check out the exact timing of when the cup starts when you hit the ‘Compete’ tab in-game. <\/p>\n This tournament follows the recent Australian Open Summer Smash Cup, which took place on 1-2nd February. <\/p>\n Epic has been suspiciously quiet on their plans for the Fortnite World Cup, which made its debut last year on 26-28 July in New York. <\/p>\n
