(Picture: CD Projekt RED)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In the unmodded version of Cyberpunk 2077, there are traces of the Night City Area Rapid Transit (NCART) system, which is basically a metro system within the game&#8217;s universe. In some of the promotional trailers for the game V (the main character) can be seen using the metro system to traverse different locations of Night City but in the final game this feature doesn&#8217;t exist, and metro stations simply serve like fast travel points. But all the assets are there, including stations, a monorail system, and trains.<\/p>\n<p>It has been a year since the game&#8217;s release and the system is still not functioning, but a modder that goes by the name keanuWheeze and his associates have fixed this and with their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nexusmods.com\/cyberpunk2077\/mods\/3560?tab=description\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Metro System mod<\/a> you can now ride around Night City and enjoy beautiful views from the elevated monorail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/cyberpunk-2077\/cyberpunk-2077-is-a-year-old-what-s-different\">Cyberpunk 2077 is a year old, what&#8217;s different?<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The mod adds a fully useable NCART system to Cyberpunk 2077 with 19 unique and handbuilt stations. When V comes to a station, he can buy a ticket and enter a platform, and the next train will arrive shortly after.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"reddit-embed\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.redditmedia.com\/r\/cyberpunkgame\/comments\/rjupft\/testing_metro_system_mod\/?ref_source=embed&amp;ref=share&amp;embed=true\" width=\"640\" height=\"410\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>You can watch your journey either via a third-person perspective where you can see your train and its surroundings or you can switch to the standard first-person perspective for a more immersive view from inside the train.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the train you can switch seats for a better view, you can listen to the radio, check out what&#8217;s the next station or switch back to the third-person camera.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/P1_L93OV3FVuuqdCbBIWWHw8BalogP7huT_b4c67oLE\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9DeWJlcnB1bmtfMjA3Ny9DeWJlcnB1bmtfMjA3N19tZXRyb19zeXN0ZW1fbW9kLmpwZWc\" alt=\"Cyberpunk 2077 metro system mod\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">Gorgeous Night City is even more beautiful from above.
