After being bested by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/battlefield\/farming-simulator-has-more-players-than-battlefield-2042-on-steam\">Farming Simulator<\/a> just weeks after release, Battlefield 2042 has now hit a new low on Steam.<\/p>\n<p>The Christmas holidays have just started, and gamers are spending their well deserved free time playing their favourite games. And when it comes to the Battlefield community, one would think that most of them will play the newest game, right?<\/p>\n<p>Well, that wasn&#8217;t the case today, on Christmas Eve, at least not on Steam according to Steam Charts. (Picture: DICE)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Unfortunately, that didn&#8217;t happen and instead, Battlefield 2042 was plagued by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/battlefield\/battlefield-2042-mouse-not-working-fix\">bugs<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/battlefield\/battlefield-2042-error-13c-solutions-how-to-fix\">server issues<\/a>, questionable design choices, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/battlefield\/battlefield-2042-devs-consider-return-of-legacy-scoreboard-server-browser-and-voice-chat\">omission of many features<\/a> beloved by fans, and which are considered inseparable parts of the Battlefield experience.<\/p>\n<p>And while DICE continues to actively work on fixing the game with patches, many core issues are still there, and the game will need to undergo huge changes to remedy the situation.
