Halo Infinite’s multiplayer has changed significantly since its surprise launch last year. For one, the progression is much better, rewarding players with a hefty amount of XP for completing every match.<\/span><\/p>\n

343 Industries has also made sure to add plenty of free new content, such as the limited time <\/span>Fracture: Tenrai event<\/span><\/a> and winter contingency event. The next such event in line is called cyber showdown, and while 343 hasn’t revealed much info themselves, here are some leaked details that are sure to make fans excited.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to a notable Halo Infinite leaker, HaloNoticiasMX<\/a>, the cyber showdown event will kick off on the 18th of January and last until the 31st of January. As mentioned before, 343 has not yet confirmed this date, so players should take this information with a grain of salt.<\/p>\n

Cyber showdown is a free-for-all event, and, as such, players should expect to earn free exclusive rewards. Allegedly, there will be a 10-tier reward in cyber showdown similar to how it was in winter contingency. These consist of new weapon and armor skin, weapon charm, armor visor, AI color, backdrop, stance, two armor FXs, one of which boasts an incredibly cool mohawk.<\/p>\n
