(Picture: Sony Santa Monica)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Light spoilers ahead<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2018&#8217;s God of War boasts a semi-open world Metroidvania design, and, as such, players will have to backtrack a lot to explore and complete every nook and cranny of the game. However, for obtaining Blades of Chaos, players simply have to play through the main missions.<\/p>\n<p>Halfway through the story, players will come across a mission called, The Sickness,&nbsp; in which Kratos have to traverse an area where his Leviathan Axe isn&#8217;t effective. Once Kratos has acquired Blades of Chaos after traversing all the way back to the hut, players will have access to both his weapons on the fly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Like Leviathan Axe, Blades of Chaos has its own skill tree.
