Call of Duty: Warzone’s developers, Raven Software, has finally launched the long-awaited Warzone Pacific Season 2 after a few delays, but the wait was well worth it as the season has arrived stacked with an abundance of new content.

There are two new weapons at launch, a brand new vehicle – the Bomber Plane, the new Chemical Factory POI, two new game modes (Caldera Clash and Rebirth Reinforced), numerous quality of life updates, and so on.

And of course, there’s a slew of weapon balance changes as well, as a new season is always a great opportunity to introduce some fine-tuning and tweaking where it needs to be done.

The biggest change comes for all Vanguard weapons, which now have their Ballistics behaviour “adjusted to more closely match MW and BOCW Weapons.”

The update brings several AR nerfs in ongoing efforts to lower the popularity of assault rifles in the top meta, while we also see buffs for three handguns in the Season 2 update.
