Having said that, if you take your time with Vow of the Disciple, you might be rewarded with some incredible gear.<\/p>\n<p>One of those pieces of loot is the newest exotic weapon to enter the game, the Collective Obligation Pulse Rifle.<\/p>\n<h2>How to earn the Collective Obligation Pulse Rifle<\/h2>\n<p>The Collective Obligation Pulse Rifle appears to be a random drop from within the raid, similar to how the Eyes of Tomorrow rocket launcher for Deep Stone Crypt or Vex Mythoclast for Vault of Glass were random drops.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/-NHMTa0yclfpMsVGacInrYftfSrFZvD-ZmADhTmusDA\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9EZXN0aW55XzIvY29sbGVjdGl2ZS5qcGc\" alt=\"Collective obligation\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">The Pulse Rifle seems to pair exceptionally well with Void 3.0. Still, an educated guess is that it will only drop from the final chest after defeating Rhulk, the last boss in the Vow of the Disciple raid.<\/p>\n<p>Once we find out more about where it drops explicitly, we&#8217;ll update the article accordingly.<\/p>\n<h3>Collective Obligation exotic perk<\/h3>\n<p>The exotic has amazing synergy with the recently revamped Void 3.0. Check out its intrinsic trait down below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Void Leech: This weapon leeches Void debuffs when damaging targets that are suppressed, weakened, or volatile. Once charged, X Long Press to swap firing modes. In this mode, damage from this weapon applies the same Void debuffs that were leeched.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In essence, the Collective Obligation can store all three debuffs that you acquire and unleash them simultaneously without utilising your abilities to trigger them.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/AllEJDPTKarKW1ykkTVjaigUIzPzfh3-R5eF8obX2FQ\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9EZXN0aW55XzIvdm9pZF8zLjAuanBn\" alt=\"void weapons\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">Void 3.0 is about to get stronger.
