The Mudkip Community Day in Pokémon GO will take place on 10th April, starting at 2:00 pm and ending at 5:00 pm, all local time. <\/p>\n
During the mentioned timeframe, Mudkip will appear in the wild more frequently with an increased chance of it being a shiny version.<\/p>\n
What makes things really interesting is that if you manage to reach the third Mudkip evolution, Swampert, during the event or up to two hours later, you’ll be able to get the Pokémon to learn the Charged Attack Hydro Cannon.<\/p>\n

How to evolve Mudkip in Pokémon GO<\/h3>\n
Evolving Mudkip to Swampert is definitely a grind, but if you prepare yourself for the Community Day and stock up on key items such as PokéBalls and Lure Modules, you may be able to get your hands on enough Catch Candy. <\/p>\n

- To evolve Mudkip into Marshtomp you need 25 Candy.<\/li>\n
- To evolve Marshtomp into Swampert you need 100 Candy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Taking into account you earn a total of three Candy per catch and one more after transferring Pokémon, you’ll need to capture around 32 Mudkip during the Community Day.<\/p>\n
Definitely doable, but it won’t be easy if you’re not properly equipped.<\/p>\n
