In a recent blog post, Genshin Impact<\/a>‘s developer HoYoverse said they would be rolling back a recent update they implemented, involving an adjustment to Yae Miko<\/a>‘s Elemental Skill, amid player complaints regarding issues about its targeting mechanisms.<\/p>\n

Travelers reported that the targeting mechanisms unintentionally focused everything within its range; however, the hotfix will resolve this by honing in on the nearest enemy, with plans to remove the fix in a scheduled update next week.<\/p>\n

The initial change triggered widespread backlash from the community after many Travelers reported that it made her second constellation ineffective, with others branding the targeting mechanics as broken.<\/p>\n

Yae Miko’s Elemental Skill “fix” to be rolled back<\/h2>\n

Subsequently, HoYoverse responded via a blog post<\/a> on 2nd April 2022, noting that the update to Yae Miko’s Elemental Skill<\/a>, introduced in the Genshin Impact 2.6 patch, would be rolled back on 6th April 2022. “Other targeting-related changes will remain in effect,” they added.<\/p>\n
