Genshin Impact<\/a>’s The Chasm is riddled with interconnecting passages and secret areas that Travelers can encounter through exploration or by completing World Quests. These hidden areas can only be accessed by locating items found through the Underground Mines area<\/a>; however, the task can sometimes be tedious.<\/p>\n

The Orb of the Blue Depths is an item required to unlock a gate leading to a secret room, but Travelers can only obtain it by defeating various enemies. This guide details the locations of the Orb of the Blue Depths and how to use them in Genshin Impact.<\/p>\n

Where to find Orb of the Blue Depths in Genshin Impact?<\/h2>\n

The Orb of the Blue Depths is a quest item you can acquire after defeating enemies found throughout the Underground Mines at The Chasm. There are nine Orb of the Blue Depths, each of which can be collected in nine distinct locations and are outlined below.<\/p>\n

Travelers can acquire the item by defeating a Shadowy Husk boss located at the Ad-Hoc Main Tunnel on the western side of the Underground Mines. A key is required to unlock the door to a hidden room located north of the Ruin Serpent boss<\/a> arena.<\/p>\n

The second orb is at The Serpent’s Cave, east of the Ruin Serpent boss arena, using the Teleport Waypoint as a reference. Drop down into a cavern covered in a slimy purple substance called Oozing Concretions and defeat the boss, Haltaf the Young, who will grant you the orb.<\/p>\n

Travelers can find the third orb at the Underground Waterway; however, getting it is tricky. Using the Teleport Waypoint south of The Chasm: Main Mining Area, locate a room west of the Waypoint and follow the path along the cliff’s edge to reach an area and three bosses in the centre.<\/p>\n

Only one of these bosses (Edgetho, Breaker of the Oath of Silence) will drop the orb upon their defeat. Therefore, you will need to clear the area by defeating all three bosses before moving on.<\/p>\n

The fourth orb is not far from the Underground Waterway location by heading in the southern direction by following the river running through the area. Locate the Teleport Waypoint south of the Underground Waterway before dropping down into the space below.<\/p>\n

Beside a stream is an ancient ruin. Explore the inside area until you have reached the end of the corridor; this is where you’ll locate the boss, Hyglacg, Rebuked Servant. Defeat the boss to obtain the orb before exiting the ruin.<\/p>\n

The next location to obtain the fifth orb is towards the Nameless Ruins area, with a Teleport Waypoint marking the location. Enter the cavern west of the Waypoint before dropping into the area covered with dark mud from the Oozing Concretions.<\/p>\n
