Hitohito Tadano, a somewhat withdrawn high school student, becomes friends with Shouko Komi, an extremely popular girl dealing with a severe communication disorder.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, Tadano sets on a personal journey to help Komi-san make 100 friends. The main plot revolves around a spy named Twilight that needs to investigate political influencer, Donovan Desmond.<\/p>\n<p>To do so, he builds an entirely new persona with an arranged family.
