Considering there is no other health item that allows for outward healing, the Med Mist was the only option.<\/p>\n<p>This quest isn&#8217;t too difficult overall, but it can get dangerous. It&#8217;s also easy to get lost if you aren&#8217;t sure what exactly The Seven Forces are in Fortnite. There are only a couple of places where those forces are currently hanging out, and one where the healing will be possible to complete the challenge.<\/p>\n<h2>Fortnite Week 5 &#8211; Heal The Seven Forces with Med Mist<\/h2>\n<p>Out of all the challenges in Week 5 of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, healing The Seven Forces with Med Mist will require you to take the largest detour. The Seven Forces and the IO guards are currently locked in battle within this location, so the forces are guaranteed to take some damage. IO guards have always been enemies, but The Seven Forces are friendly and marked by arrows.<\/p>\n<p>When you land at Coney Crossroads, the battle sequence will begin. Squads of IO guards and Seven Forces will appear to face off and players in the area are encouraged to help destroy the enemy NPCs. With the IO guards gone, you can freely search the area for a Med Mist. (Picture: Epic Games)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>With a Med Mist in hand, simply walk up to one of The Seven Forces members that had been in the fight with you. Aim the mist at them and spray until the challenge appears as finished. Only one action is required to complete the quest, so it can be done fast once everything is calm in the area.<\/p>\n<p>One of the other challenges in Week 5 includes getting a headshot on three IO forces in a battle location, so Coney Crossroads is perfect for both instances.
