The Genshin Impact 2.7 livestream will begin at 8 am ET (5am PT \/ 1pm BST) with the VOD available on their YouTube channel at 12 pm ET.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-twitter-extracted-i1652977560273449386=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">V2.7 Update Notice<\/p>\n<p>Dear Travelers,<br \/>V2.7 update maintenance is expected to start at 05\/31 6AM (UTC+8) and is expected to be done within 5 hours. The duration of V2.7 is expected to be 6 weeks, and V2.8 is expected to be updated on 07\/13.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/YXVSW8SNKl\">https:\/\/t.co\/YXVSW8SNKl<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/GenshinImpact?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#GenshinImpact<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/2hmVhPddG5\">pic.twitter.com\/2hmVhPddG5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Genshin Impact (@GenshinImpact) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GenshinImpact\/status\/1527259924283084800?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 19, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\n<script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async><\/script>\n<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, they&#8217;ve announced the release date for the 2.7 update, for which the maintenance period will start on 31st May 2022 at 6 am (UTC+8) and last a maximum of five hours. The 2.7 update will run for at least six weeks, in which the 2.8 update will launch on 13th July 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/genshin.hoyoverse.com\/en\/news\/detail\/21052\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">according to the developer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Original story continues.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HoYoverse organizes a special program livestream before every <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/genshin-impact\">Genshin Impact<\/a> update, and so is the case with patch 2.7. Now, as per the previous patterns, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/genshin-impact\/genshin-impact-2-7-livestream-date\">livestream should have been organized on April 29<\/a>; however, unlike the previous special programs, there was no announcement from HoYoverse regarding this.<\/p>\n<p>The publishers have confirmed that both the livestream and update have been pushed back and they will announce the new update date soon.
