This comes after a series of events involving VP and the current state of affairs around Russia.<\/p>\n<p>According to the release, the Russian org has abolished the CEO position entirely. VP will be run by a team of top managers from VP&rsquo;s parent company ESforce Holding. He had a <a href=\"https:\/\/virtus.pro\/en\/articles\/sergei-glamazda-pokidaet-post-ceo-virtuspro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">few thoughts to share<\/a> before leaving, &#8220;I&rsquo;m grateful to Virtus.pro for this amazing journey we shared together over the course of the last two and a half years.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I remember every tournament, every win and every loss. Nikolay Petrosyan, CEO of ESforce Holding, had a few words to say about the move: &#8220;We are thankful to Sergey for everything he&rsquo;s done for Virtus.pro, his fresh ideas and ways to implement them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;During a joint discussion we came to the realization that the new challenges that arose this spring call for the need of reorganizing and systematizing the workflow in Virtus.pro. The team was disqualified from the Dota Pro Circuit Regional Playoffs representing the Eastern Europe Spring Tour. Ivan &#8220;Pure&#8221; Moskalenko drew a Russian militarist symbol during a live game.<\/p>\n<p>As both Russia and Ukraine are in a fragile state of affairs, Pure and VP had to face a lot of heat. Shortly after the buzz, VP removed Pure removed from the team.
