Fortnite Competitive (@FNCompetitive) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FNCompetitive\/status\/1237073270530342913?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" style=\"\">March 9, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each of the seven server regions will host their&nbsp;own&nbsp;PC and Console\/Mobile tournaments.&nbsp;Similar to the December&#8217;s Winter Royale 2019, the PC and Console\/Mobile&nbsp;tournaments will have equal prizing.<\/p>\n<p>Players, depending on which region they play,&nbsp;can win up to &#36;5,000 in the Heats and up to &#36;70,000 in the FNCS: Season Finals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To compete in the FNCS players will have to reach Champion League in Arena which means gaining 6,000+&nbsp;Hype Points before the 20th of March.<\/p>\n<p>It looks again like Epic will not be producing an in-studio broadcast leaving the players themselves to stream the action, with weekly recaps expected for each week of games.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t the only tournament Epic have planned there is also a new round of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/fortnite\/contender-cash-cup-chapter-2-season-2\" style=\"\">Contender Cash Cups<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/fortnite\/platform-cash-cup-chapter-2-season-2\" style=\"\">Platform Cash Cups<\/a> &#8211; Starting from the 20th March Round 1&nbsp;and Round 2 played on Saturdays with Round 3 being played on Sundays.<\/p>\n<p>Each session will be ten games during Round 1, 2 and 3.<\/p>\n<p>The top&nbsp;1000 teams in Europe,&nbsp;North America East, North America West&nbsp;and Brazil&nbsp;will advance from Round 1 to the&nbsp;Round 2, while the top&nbsp;400 teams from Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East will do likewise.<\/p>\n<p>The top 20 teams from each week&nbsp;from EU, NAE, NAW, and BR will qualify for Round 3.<\/p>\n<p>A further 120 qualify&nbsp;based on Cumulative Series Points &#8211; meaning if you place well consistently but don&#8217;t make the top 20 you can still find yourself in the Season Finals.<\/p>\n<p>The top 50 teams from the Round 3 with qualify for the Season Finals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/fortnite\/guide-to-combat-building-in-fortnite\" style=\"\">A guide to combat building in Fortnite<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Asia, Oceania and the Middle East it will be the top 10 from each of the four weeks with a further 60 teams added from the leaderboard for a total of 100 teams.<\/p>\n<p>The FNCS: Season Finals &#8211; consists&nbsp;of four heats and a Grand Final and will be played over three days.
