Difficulty Levels and their impact on the game are one of the most crucial aspects of Diablo Immortal. As you pass through higher Difficulty settings in Diablo Immortal, the game gets challenging and extremely rewarding.

Facing tougher minions of hell may be troublesome, but it can reward you with equipment having impressive attributes and earn you a higher Combat Rating on your character. Increasing the Difficulty Levels is one of the best ways to progress in the game.

Here is everything you need to know about Difficulty Levels, Equipment, and Monster Combat Rating.

Diablo Immortal has various difficulty settings. The game starts at Normal Difficulty for character level 1-55. You unlock Hell Difficulties once you reach level 60. Hell Difficulties offer you a better Monster Combat Rating with each level you cross.

Hell Difficulties range from level 1 to level 4. Each level has its own loot rewards. You also get higher attribute loot with higher Hell Difficulty levels. Note that you can only change the difficulty settings while in Westmarch.

Each Difficulty Level drops equipment for a specific range of Paragon levels. Your character can equip items within your level and not items of higher Paragon levels.

Here are the different Difficulty Levels offering their respective Equipment Level, and Monster Combat Rating.

Diablo Immortal offers better Equipment level and higher Monster Combat Rating with each passing level of difficulty.

Diablo Immortal offers a variety of capable Equipment in the game. The game divides them into Common, Magic, Rare, and Legendary, depending on their power and effectiveness. You can assign items to Equipment slots.

The game features Primary and Secondary slots. The right side of the character screen has all the Primary slots, including six slots: Main-Hand, Off-Hand, Head, Shoulders, Chest, and Legs. The left side comprises Secondary slots, including six slots: Amulet, Rings, Hands, Waist, and Feet.

Similar to Equipment, Monster Combat Rating also advances with higher difficulty. Combat in Diablo Immortal is based on a comparison between the character’s Combat Rating and the Monster’s Combat Rating.

To explain briefly, the game has five Primary Attributes, including Intelligence, Strength, Fortitude, Vitality, and Willpower. The Primary Attributes combine to grant the character a single Combat Rating. Please note: Each of these attributes doesn’t contribute equally to the Rating.

Combat Rating is one of the most important aspects of the game. If the monster has a higher rating, you will have difficulty landing high damage. Your character will take more damage because your attributes are weaker. Combat Rating is one of the chief indicators of how the fight will pan out.

Check out our video below discussing where Diablo Immortal fits into the timeline of the franchise, discussing everything you need to know about the game’s story and world.

Diablo Immortal – Difficulty Levels
