The presence of the Grand Inquisitor in Star Wars<\/a> was well known before the Obi-Wan Kenobi limited series aired for the first time. But in the second episode of the show, the Inquisitor’s dynamic changes, and some are wondering if there is a plothole within the universe. Below there are going to be plenty of spoilers, so head back if you want to avoid them.<\/p>\n

In Episode 2 of Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Grand Inquisitor is killed by one of his own. Reva is hungry for power and after too much pressure, she sends her saber through the torso of the Grand Inquisitor. Of course, on-screen, it looks like he died and he could be gone for good. <\/p>\n

With the death of the Grand Inquisitor as we know it in Episode 2, there are a lot of questions brought forward for the Obi-Wan Kenobi show. First and foremost is the question of how legitimate his death is.<\/p>\n

From the injury he gets, it’s hard to assume that he survives. However, it’s well known in Star Wars that characters can survive some gruesome injuries, especially with cybernetics and a Bacta Tank nearby. In this case, though, we don’t see that.<\/p>\n
