We like some of the power his recent changes gave him, so instead of axing it, we&rsquo;re going to cut back on some of the damage Spinning Axe grants. This way Draven isn&rsquo;t dealing as much damage when he gets those big purchases off passive cash-ins.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Spinning Axe&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bonus Attack Damage ratio: 100\/110\/120\/130% &rarr; 90\/100\/110\/120%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ekko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While Ekko has been succeeding in the jungle, that same performance isn&rsquo;t echoing over into the Mid Lane. To balance out his power in both of these roles, we&rsquo;re reducing how quickly he clears Jungle camps and the mana cost of Timewinder so that Ekko can more efficiently harass enemy champions during the early laning phase.<\/p>\n<p>(P) Z-Drive Resonance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bonus damage to monsters: 150% &rarr; 120%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(1) Timewinder&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Mana cost: 60\/70\/80\/90 &rarr; 50\/60\/70\/80<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Jayce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jayce hasn&rsquo;t performed that well outside of higher levels of play. We&rsquo;re giving him some leeway to take some extra damage here and there, particularly in the support role. To restore balance back to the Baron Lane, we&rsquo;re pulling back on his overall dueling potential.<\/p>\n<p>(P) Ki Barrier&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Shield: 60-109 &rarr; 51-100<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(1) Twilight Assault&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Enhanced maximum health ratio:&nbsp; 5.5\/6\/6.5\/7% &rarr; 5\/5.5\/6\/6.5%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sona<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The recent systemic changes have been extremely favorable for Sona, so we&rsquo;re lowering the volume on some of her scaling power before she reaches a Crescendo.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Aria of Perseverance&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Shield: 25\/65\/105\/145 &rarr; 25\/55\/85\/115<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(4) Crescendo&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Basic ability cooldown reduction: 10\/25\/40% &rarr; 10\/20\/30%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Soraka<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Soraka is one of the champions that benefited the most from our Ultimate Cooldown reductions last patch, especially for her tanky builds that lean heavily on Wish&rsquo;s base values. We&rsquo;re going to shift some power into the Ability Power ratio to make sure Soraka is rewarded for building magic damage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(4) Wish&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Base Heal: 150\/250\/350 (+40% Ability Power)&nbsp; &rarr; 150\/225\/300 (+45% Ability Power)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Yasuo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yasuo&rsquo;s ability to take fast trades in the lane and shrug off chip damage in the later stages of the game is stronger than we&rsquo;d like, so we&rsquo;re cutting down on the strength and duration of his passive shield.<\/p>\n<p>(P) Way of the Wanderer&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Shield: 100-520 &rarr; 100-485<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Shield duration: 2s &rarr; 1.5s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Gameplay Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Black Cleaver<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Black Cleaver has solid stats all around, but recently it&rsquo;s been purchased so frequently and is starting to become an item that is purchasable by any Attack Damage champion. To combat this, we&rsquo;re making it more difficult to stack to push it more towards excelling in sustained combat and multi-hit spells.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Armor reduction per stack: 5%&nbsp; &rarr; 4%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maximum stacks: 5&nbsp; &rarr; 6<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Death&rsquo;s Dance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Death&rsquo;s Dance has a lot of power and has been frustrating for fighters recently. We&rsquo;re looking to bring down some of that frustration by reducing the snowballing power of its takedown heal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Heal on takedown: 15% Maximum health &rarr; 10% Maximum health<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Divine Sunderer&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Divine Sunderer has been outperforming its alternatives, especially as an early game pick up, so we&rsquo;re increasing its cost to bring it more in line with other items like Trinity Force.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Total cost: 3300g &rarr; 3450g<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Staff Of Flowing Water<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Staff of Flowing Water is powerful for champions that can consistently keep the buff up, but not as strong for enchanters with longer cooldowns. We&rsquo;re slightly decreasing the power of the buff, while increasing its duration, so that Staff&rsquo;s power will be more equal between all enchanters.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Buff duration: 4s &rarr;&nbsp; 6s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability Haste granted by buff: 20 &rarr; 15<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Rune Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Domination: Scorch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an early game rune, Scorch has been slightly underperforming, so a small boost to its base damage should help it shine as the clear powerhouse for lane dominance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Damage::
