They first introduced this protection only for legendaries a while ago, and now they are&nbsp;expanding this rule for every rarity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more:<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/hearthstone\/hearthstone-ashes-of-outland-expansion-demon-hunter\" target=\"_blank\">Shaman is getting some powerful tools<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But the best news for new and returning players is&nbsp;a free deck they will get. This applies for completely new accounts, as well as for accounts that haven&#8217;t&nbsp;logged into Hearthstone in the past four months. When they pass new player ranks (50 do 25), they&#8217;ll get a free deck from a class of their choice, built with cards from Year of the Dragon.<\/p>\n<p>Dylux,&nbsp;Hearthstone Community Manager,&nbsp;posted a list of these decks that will be available for players to choose.&nbsp;You can see them below, and even try them in Hearthstone yourself if you have the
