Since launching, the streaming service, while strictly focused on Android and iOS mobile games, has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/video-games\/netflix-games-list-june-2022\">continued to expand on its gaming offerings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, this latest job listing prompts further speculation regarding the future of Netflix&#8217;s game service, specifically, whether the company is ready to take on behemoths Sony and Microsoft in the cloud gaming space.<\/p>\n<h2>Netflix Cloud Gaming Service is currently in development<\/h2>\n<p>As noted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/gaming-news\/netflix-is-working-on-a-cloud-gaming-service-alongside-its-mobile-offerings-3294085\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">NME<\/a>, Netflix is speculated to be working on a new &#8220;cloud gaming service&#8221; after a job listing for a Senior Software Engineer in Rendering Engineering was spotted at the company. Moreover, considering the success of their current game titles, prospects are understandably positive.<\/p>\n<p>At present, the company has already spent hundreds of millions of dollars after acquiring <a href=\"https:\/\/about.netflix.com\/en\/news\/game-developer-boss-fight-entertainment-joins-netflix'\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">game studio Boss Fight Entertainment<\/a>&nbsp;in March 2022.
