The highly awaited Genshin Impact 3.0 update<\/a> is just around the corner. While there are a lot of fresh additions in the update, the upcoming region of Sumeru and the new element Dendro are the main talking points among fans. HoYoverse has teased Elemental Reactions to Dendro, and it’s nothing short of interesting.<\/p>\n

We have discussed the burning effect as a reaction of Dendro with the Pyro element in one of our leaks article<\/a>. Formerly leaked as Intensified and Overgrown, both Catalyze and Boom are renamed Elemental Reactions. Let’s see how both Catalyze and Boom Elemental Reactions work with Dendro in the upcoming update.<\/p>\n

The Bloom Elemental Reaction is between Dendro and Hydro. The reaction drops a seed-like plant on the ground. Initially, it doesn’t do much on its own, but it reacts to a third element. When in proximity to Pyro, the bud will burst, causing AoE damage, and burn nearby enemies.<\/p>\n

The other element which seems to react with the plant is Electro. The burst area for Electro looks a lot smaller, affecting a single target in the teaser video. However, it could be an AoE damage reaction too. We’ll have to wait for the update to see.<\/p>\n
