Pokémon GO<\/a> developer Niantic shared on the game’s official Twitter account on 26th and 27th August 2022 that a minor update is available to install. The update sees new changes to the Item and Storage Upgrades capacity features, which should increase space to store more items and Pokémon.<\/p>\n

This had been long requested for months, and it seems like the developer has made good on implementing yet another increase to the various storage features. While this has been well-received<\/a>, it does come with one major catch: Trainers must purchase them to increase the storage limit from the in-game Shop.<\/p>\n

How To Increase Item And Storage Capacity In Pokémon GO?<\/h2>\n

As the Item and Storage Upgrades can be acquired from the Shop, they can be accessed by going to the Map View and tapping the Main Menu icon. Then tap the Shop icon to enter where they can browse its inventory for the Upgrades.<\/p>\n
