And if you&rsquo;re facing the Pok&eacute;mon, it&rsquo;s best to switch to something else to deal more damage than you would&#8217;ve.<\/p>\n<p>Do note that Pok&eacute;mon GO&rsquo;s Spotlight Hour only lasts an hour from 6 pm to 7 pm local time on 13th September 2022.
