Genshin Impact 3.1 update<\/a> marks the long-awaited appearance of the 5-star Electro character Cyno, a character that first appeared in the game’s manga. As a scholar and General Mahamatra for the Sumeru Akademiya, he’s steadfast, transparent, and stoic in his actions with fellow researchers and residents across the region.<\/p>\n

Outside of his stoic persona, Cyno has a more relaxed and off-beat personality that surprises many as he spends time dedicated to his card collecting. We’ll be learning more about General Mahamatra, Cyno, and what we can anticipate from him when the 3.1 update arrives.<\/p>\n

Genshin Impact 3.1 – Cyno Release Date<\/h2>\n

The 5-star Electro character, Cyno, will debut at the launch of Genshin Impact 3.1 on 28th September 2022<\/strong>. The polearm wielder will be available through Phase I of the update’s Character Event Wish banner<\/a>, where Travelers can use their Intertwined Fate to Wish for him should they be lucky enough to pull the character.<\/p>\n

Genshin Impact 3.1 – Cyno Voice Actor<\/h2>\n

Providing Cyno, the General Mahamatra, with the boisterous yet stoic vocals are Japanese voice actor Miyu Irino<\/strong> and American voice actor and YouTuber Alejandro Saab<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
