Over the years, Fortnite has received a wide array of new weapons and weapon types, some of which have resonated with fans, and others not so much. Vaulting weapons that are not popular or have overstayed their welcome are quite common in the battle royale<\/a> game, but so is the unvaulting of a popular one.<\/p>\n

The DMR is a popular Marksman Rifle used for mid to long-range combat in Fortnite. Now, a new leak has appeared that suggests an enhanced version of everyone’s favorite Markman Rifle called the Cobra DMR is coming in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4.<\/p>\n

Here’s everything you need to know about this alleged new weapon, including some stat comparisons to the original and when you can expect it to release.<\/p>\n

As mentioned above, the Cobra DMR is an enhanced version of the regular DMR, so expect some better stats.<\/p>\n

Several notable Fortnite data miners have already dug out some key info about the Cobra DMR, like the clip size, fire rate, reload speed, and more.<\/p>\n

It seems the Cobra DMR will have a 1.6x higher fire rate than the regular DMR. It will also have a 20 clip size, which is 10 more than DMR. Because of the increased clip size and fire rate, the Cobra DMR will do less DPS compared to the standard DMR. <\/p>\n

A higher fire rate means Cobra DMR will have a longer reload speed than DMR. It takes approximately one second longer to reload. Naturally, it will also have slightly more recoil than the DMR.<\/p>\n
