Now that Halloween has nearly come this year, that means it’s also almost time for Grounded’s annual Halloween event. Almost every year, the survival game<\/a> throws an event with lots of frights and delights in store for both dedicated players and new ones alike.<\/p>\n

During the Halloween event for Grounded, a lot of new content tends to be added to the game so it is an exciting time of the year for players. If you’re curious about what this year’s event will include, you’re in luck. Let’s talk about the Halloween event in Grounded for this year, including the festivities and fun decorations.<\/p>\n

Grounded Halloween Event 2023<\/h2>\n

Grounded’s Halloween events tend to feature lots of awesome updates, including new features and mechanics that weren’t in the game before. The content that gets added during the Halloween updates tends to carry over into the rest of normal gameplay as well.<\/p>\n

While we don’t know exactly what cool features we’ll get to see this year, they’ll likely mirror events from previous years. We might see the return of some spooky landmarks like the Frankenline, or perhaps some new creatures to peep at or decorations to explore.<\/p>\n

To get an idea of what we might see in 2023, let’s take a look back at past years’ festivities.<\/p>\n

Grounded Halloween Event 2020-2021<\/h3>\n

In 2020, Grounded introduced a Halloween-themed update at the very beginning of October.<\/p>\n

This was perhaps the game’s biggest Halloween celebration to date, featuring a new landmark players can draw on called the Frankenline and lots of other Halloween-themed festivities. For example, players could collect candy corn and explore a brand-new pumpkin in the world. <\/p>\n

In 2021, instead of a Halloween-themed update, Grounded received the Hot and Hazy update in late October.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we did not get a Halloween update in 2022 so it is possible that 2023 will also not get a Halloween update as well.<\/p>\n

While Grounded doesn’t receive updates today as much as it did back in 2020, developers are still dedicated to making the game the best it can be. As such, we’ll likely see some new landmarks or other cool updates this October, but it is all just speculation for now.<\/p>\n
