A new set of items that players can find are the Howler Claws, and to do so, you&#8217;ll need to find one of the new Alteration Altars on the map.<\/p>\n<p>So below we&#8217;ll be giving you a brief overview of how to find the Alteration Altars, and subsequently the Howler Claws in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/fortnite\">Fortnite<\/a>. And get you slicing through your enemies like a true werewolf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Fortnite &#8211; Where to Find Alterations Altars<\/h2>\n<p>During the Fortnitemares event, the Howler Claws can be found by performing the Ritual emote at one of the Alteration Altars scattered throughout the map.
