Initially revealed on 13th August 2022 via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/PokeLeaks\/comments\/wnwpd1\/the_coin_pok%C3%A9mon_supposedly_gonna_be_like\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Reddit user Riddler Khu<\/a>, more details about this mysterious pocket monster, now dubbed the &#8220;Coin Pok&eacute;mon,&#8221; have surfaced after it was seen in a Pok&eacute;mon Scarlet and Violet gameplay trailer and a supposed bug in Pok&eacute;mon GO.<\/p>\n<p>On 4th November 2022, prominent leaker and data miner, PokeMiners found a file added to Pok&eacute;mon GO titled &#8220;pmMystery,&#8221; showcasing 3D assets of an unreleased Pok&eacute;mon in the augmented reality mobile game. Following this, multiple Pok&eacute;mon GO Trainers worldwide started encountering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/pokemon-go\/golden-pokestops\">golden Pok&eacute;Stops<\/a> and the strange new Coin Pok&eacute;mon.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rsp-embed-container\" contenteditable=\"false\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en_US\" data-twitter-extracted-i1667722500882605446=\"true\" data-twitter-extracted-i1667916945887640006=\"true\" data-twitter-extracted-i1669043607163957826=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">A brand new Pok&eacute;mon? <\/p>\n<p>A new Pok&eacute;mon has been added with a file named &#8220;pmMystery&#8221; inside the file is it referred to as pm1080 so Pok&eacute;mon Number 1080. Well, this Coin Pok&eacute;mon that was recently leaked and seen in Pok&eacute;mon GO was also featured in Pok&eacute;mon Scarlet and Violet&#8217;s gameplay trailer on 6th October 2022.<\/p>\n<p>However, it might be hard to spot the Coin Pok&eacute;mon since the creature was only shown for a second throughout the fourteen-minute trailer. It looks rather thin, almost like a gingerbread man, but turned into a Pok&eacute;mon. It&#8217;s pale grey in color, with the only accents being black to outline the creature. It also carries a large gold coin on its back to show its adoration for all things gold and shiny.<\/p>\n<p>According to the initial leaker, Riddler Khu, the Coin Pok&eacute;mon will supposedly be difficult to catch, similar to Spiritomb from Pok&eacute;mon Legends: Arceus.
