Despite Warzone 2 surpassing the 25 million player milestone only five days after launch, it hasn’t been the smoothest of releases. The new map, Al Mazrah<\/a>, is fantastic, the TTK is fast with the best weapons<\/a>, and the DMZ mode is interesting. However, Warzone 2 has a lot of issues at the time of writing.<\/p>\n

We’ve already seen an instant kill bug being squashed, a “Locked on Menu” issue, several instances of performance drops, and more. However, as fast as these issues appear, developer Raven Software gets to work on fixing them. This brings us to the topic of this guide, which outlines all the current known issues in Warzone 2’s Battle Royale and DMZ modes that the developer is currently aware of and busy fixing.<\/p>\n

All Warzone 2 Issues That Are Being Fixed<\/h2>\n

First and foremost, the infamous invisibility bug that plagued the original Warzone seems to have returned. However, at the time of writing, the developers have not added it to the known Warzone 2 issues they are working on.<\/p>\n
The list of issues in question comes from the official Warzone 2.0 Trello Board<\/a> from Raven Software, with Treyarch also added in. <\/p>\n

Warzone 2 Global Issues:<\/h3>\n

  • [PC] Crashing and Stability Reports: Submit a PC Crash Report to help us identify, investigate, and resolve game crashes.<\/li>\n
  • [PC] Old GPU Drivers: Players who have not updated their GPU drivers to the latest version should do so. The latest drivers drastically reduce crashes on PC.<\/li>\n
  • [All Platforms] Bomb Drone: The Bomb Drone Field Upgrade has been disabled while we investigate an issue.<\/li>\n
  • [All Platforms] Operator Executions: An issue is being investigated that prevents players from equipping the default Operator Executions.<\/li>\n
  • [All Platforms] Play Again Disabled: The Play Again button after a match has been disabled while we investigate an issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Warzone 2 Battle Royale Issues:<\/h3>\n

    • [All Platforms] Battle Rage & Dead Silence: Battle Rage and Dead Silence have been removed while we investigate an issue.<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Disabled Equipment XP: We’ve disabled XP earned for using the following items in Battle Royale – Flash Grenade, Stun Grenade, Stim, Shock Stick, Smoke Grenade, Suppression Mine<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Stuck Nuke: We’re investigating an issue causing Players to get stuck when attempting to activate the Nuke.<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Airstrike Killstreak: We’re investigating an issue where attempting to use the Airstrike Killstreak just as the Player finishes Reloading, the HUD will disappear.<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Gulag Respawn: We’re investigating an issue causing squad members returning from the Gulag to respawn further away from one another than intended.<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Most Wanted: We have disabled the Most Wanted Contract until further notice while we investigate an issue.<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Inconsistent AAR: We’re investigating an issue that is preventing the After Action Report from consistently appearing for Players. This does not impact XP gains.<\/li>\n
    • [All Platforms] Skipping Downed Phase: Some Players are Eliminated in situations where they should have been Downed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Warzone 2 DMZ Issues:<\/h3>\n

      • [All Platforms] Radiation Blocker: We’re investigating an issue where using a Radiation Blocker and plating at the same time will disable the ability to interact throughout a match.<\/li>\n
      • [All Platforms] DMZ Heli Mission: Objectives that require eliminating Reinforcement Helicopters are not properly tracking progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Fixed Warzone 2 BR & DMZ Issues<\/h2>\n

        The developers are not sitting on their hands, as they’ve already fixed several Warzone 2 BR and DMZ issues. Check out all the things you don’t have to worry about anymore below, as they have been resolved.<\/p>\n

        • [All Platforms] Skipping Downed Phase: Some Players are Eliminated in situations where they should have been Downed.<\/li>\n
        • [All Platforms] Backpack Disappearing: When a Player is eliminated and disconnects from the match, their backpack will disappear.<\/li>\n

        • [All Platforms] Revive Pistol: The Revive Pistol has been removed from loot while we investigate an issue.<\/li>\n
        • Missing Squad Widget: We’re aware of an issue causing squad members to not appear on the Squad Widget on the bottom left of the in-game interface.<\/li>\n
        • Battle Tokens Error: An issue is being investigated that is causing players to encounter the “Max Tokens” error when attempting to spend tokens in the Battle Pass.<\/li>\n
        • Social Menu:  Some players are unable to access the Social Menu.<\/li>\n
        • Missing Squad Widget: We’re aware of an issue causing squad members to not appear on the Squad Widget on the bottom left of the in-game interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
