Hearthstone’s newest expansion, March of the Lich King<\/a>, is finally here! Players will be able to try out a ton of new decks and start theory crafting with the highly-anticipated Death Knight Hero class! However, while we wait for the meta to settle into a steady rhythm, you may be wondering what the best new decks for this expansion are. That’s where we come in!<\/p>\n

This article will cover the best new decks that you can start climbing the ranked ladder with in Hearthstone’s March of the Lich King! A word of warning, however, before we get started. Hearthstone’s meta is ever-changing, so take everything you read here with a pinch of salt. The next top legend deck is right around the corner!<\/p>\n

Hearthstone March Of The Lich King – Best Decks<\/h2>\n

Death Knight<\/h3>\n

It should be no surprise that the brand-new Death Knight class is already becoming one of the most powerful classes in the entire game. But, you may be wondering which of the three Rune types (Blood, Frost, and Unholy) is the best to craft. Well, the answer is they’re all amazing!<\/p>\n

If we had to rank them, Blood Death is performing the best on the ladder at the moment (despite many people favoring Frost during pre-release). There are so many ways to increase your health and control the board in Triple Blood Death Knight that it has to rank highly. Triple Frost is great for bursting enemies and stalling large enemy boards with Freeze spells. Triple Unholy is a great token-style deck that has several powerful finishers into the late game. <\/p>\n

Rogue<\/h3>\n

Concoction Miracle Rogue is another great deck that people predicted would do well. Concoctions provide so much value, and when combined with the already powerful Miracle Rogue package, you will be able to kill your opponent in no time flat!<\/p>\n

Be warned; just like with Miracle Rogue, this is not a deck you can just pick up and hit Legend with. It will take time to get used to playing this deck and knowing when to hold back or when to go all in.<\/p>\n

Demon Hunter<\/h3>\n

All Spell Demon Hunter is just as powerful as people predicted. Being able to reap <\/em>the benefits of including three legendary minions by using the Souleater’s Scythe makes all the no-minion-requirement cards that much better. <\/p>\n

This deck utilizes the already existing Relic package, which was already considered a Tier 2 deck in the previous expansion. Now, thanks to the addition of the incredibly powerful March of the Lich King cards, Demon Hunter is well on its way to becoming a Tier 1 deck. <\/p>\n

Druid<\/h3>\n

Druid is here to stay, and your reaction to that will probably gauge your interest in playing this class. Both Ramp Guff Druid and Token Druid are playable in this expansion. Token Druid remains relatively unchanged, but Ramp Druid now utilizes the armor package received in March of the Lich King. <\/p>\n

When combined with Celestial Alignment, you will be able to play tons of minions for only 1 mana, thanks to the use of armor as a resource!<\/p>\n

Hunter<\/h3>\n

Beast Hunter is still a great deck, but something that no one could have predicted was the rise of Shockspitter Hunter. This deck involves attacking with your hero and then playing as many Shockspitters as you can to inflict lethal.<\/p>\n

This deck is rather niche, and it is unknown whether it will stand the test of time. For now, at least, it is a very fun deck to play!<\/p>\n

Priest<\/h3>\n

Priest also received some interesting new toys, the most interesting being Sister Svalna. By performing a specific combo, players can OTK their opponent using several discounted spells. <\/p>\n

However, while this deck is powerful on paper, it requires incredibly high APM, and you will likely run out of time before you can finish the combo. Just like with Test Subject back in the day, which was also touted as a Tier 1 deck, you should probably hold off on crafting this one until the meta settled down. <\/p>\n
