New gameplay footage for one of the Assassin’s Creed titles<\/a>, codenamed “Jade,” was leaked online this past week. Currently in development by French studio Ubisoft, this project was first revealed during the Assassin’s Creed showcase in September 2022, as Jade is positioned to be the franchise’s mobile gaming offering.<\/p>\n

While Assassin’s Creed: Jade<\/a> did invoke some criticism from the gaming community regarding the game launching for mobile devices, it still surprised many as one of many titles to be worked on. Ubisoft has yet to confirm the game’s release window; however, interested players can see what it offers as the footage is floating around online.<\/p>\n

It was initially uploaded to a Facebook community page, according to a Redditor Dattuu, who revealed that they did not record the leaked footage. They added that it was posted to an Assassin’s Creed community page, which was shared publicly before resharing on Reddit.<\/p>\n
