In a statement on Twitter, studio head Pierre Hintze stated that the company will continue to develop Halo games, citing that &#8220;Halo and Master Chief are here to stay.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;343 Industries will continue to develop Halo now and in the future, including epic stories, multiplayer, and more of what makes Halo great,&#8221; Hintze wrote. The statement comes after rumors circulated that the studio would be helping other third-party studios develop Halo games following the recent mass layoffs at Microsoft, including the departure of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/halo-infinite\">Halo Infinite<\/a> creative director Joseph Staten, as part of the company&#8217;s restructuring.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rsp-embed-container\" contenteditable=\"false\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en_US\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"zxx\"><a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/03Xm3a9s59\">pic.twitter.com\/03Xm3a9s59<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Halo (@Halo) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Halo\/status\/1616918614254157828?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 21, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>These rumors came on the back of a report by Halo leaker Bathrobe Spartan via a lengthy Twitter thread on 19 January 2023.
