Tapu Koko will be one of the premiere Five-star raids that appears during the Crackling Voltage event.<\/p>\n

Now the question is, can Tapu Koko be shiny during the Five-star raids? We are here to say yes, you can catch shiny Tapu Koko<\/strong>. Not only that, but Tapu Koko will be shiny for the very first time in Pokemon GO, so this is an opportunity you will not want to miss out on. The Crackling Voltage event starts on January 27, 2023, at 10 am local time. Normally, a raid like Tapu Koko would start right at the very beginning of the event and that is when you would be able to catch shiny Tapu Koko for the first time. But this time, that is not the case.<\/p>\n

Shiny Tapu Koko raids actually start on January 25, 2023, at 10 am local time<\/strong>. That means that shiny Tapu Koko raids actually start before the Crackling Voltage event starts. That gives players an early start to the raids and an early opportunity to catch a shiny Tapu Koko.<\/p>\n
