Arkane and Bethesda’s Redfall<\/a> is an interesting, upcoming open-world FPS action title, releasing on 2 May 2023. The game will only be available on Xbox Series X\/S and PC, with gamers who prefer the latter platform wanting to know what the Redfall PC system requirements are like.<\/p>\n

Redfall is not even available on the Xbox One family of consoles, as it is only releasing on PC and Xbox Series X\/S. This has previously led gamers to believe that the title’s hardware requirement might be quite high. They were not wrong.<\/p>\n

    At the time of writing, the developers have not revealed the recommended PC specs for Redfall. We will update this section as soon as we have official information.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Redfall File\/Download Size: SSD Required?<\/h2>\n

    Redfall’s Steam page lists the storage space requirement as “100 GB available”. This is not to say that the Redfall download will be this size, as it likely includes the installation process requirements. Even so, judging by this requirement, we suspect the Redfall file\/download size on the PC platform to be over 80 GB in total.<\/p>\n

    An SSD is not required to play Redfall on PC. However, those with a slow, standard HDD might want to upgrade, as in the minimum PC specs for Redfall on Steam, the developer has listed an SSD as “recommended”.<\/p>\n
