There are three different ways to use words to trigger a Ghost in Phasmophobia without the help of a Spirit Box or Ouija Board. You can express your fear, command the Ghost to do something, or say a curse word to anger the Ghost.<\/p>\n

To trigger a Ghost from your own fear, use words that convey how you’re feeling at any given time. For example, if you say, “I’m frightened,” the Ghosts will pick up on your anxiety and worsen their haunt.<\/p>\n
