First off, Never Ending Questions is a white, common item. It has a very low drop rate and doesn’t have a shiny beam indication like Legendary or Set items when dropped. Instead, it just looks like regular common loot, so it is very easy to miss even when it drops in Diablo 3. The in-game description of this Tome reads:<\/p>\n

First, you will need to unlock Adventure Mode, which means completing the game’s main campaign once with your seasonal character for Season 28. From here, you will need to farm Set Dungeons. Specifically, the Never Ending Questions item drops from any Unique Monsters in Set Dungeons<\/strong> only.<\/p>\n
