Is The Paladin A Good Class in D2R Ladder Season 3?<\/span><\/h2>\n
The Paladin is a solid build for players looking to fight from the rear or who want to deal tons of radial and damage with high mobility and a fast-paced playstyle. When accompanied by the Fist of The Heavens build, it becomes a powerful class ideal for wiping out tons of enemies at once and raining constant damage on your enemies. <\/span><\/p>\n
It does have some flaws, however, with the main one being that the class has a complicated set of skilled mechanics and a repetitive skill set. It also requires high APM to use, but there are way around these flaws which we’ll discuss below. <\/span><\/p>\n

Best Diablo 2 Resurrected Paladin Build: Fist of the Heavens Paladin<\/span><\/h2>\n
The build we’ve chosen for the Paladin is the Fist of Heaven’s Paladin, which focuses mainly on range casting and single-player sniping\/farming. It does benefit from the Sunder Charms mechanism in the game, but thanks to its Holy Bolt ability it deals tons of magic damage, and any enemies that are immune to magic will likely be damaged either way because of the Holy attribute the attack has. <\/span><\/p>\n

Which Mercenary To Use With Diablo 2 Fist of the Heavens Paladin Build<\/span><\/h2>\n
The best mercenary to use as the Paladin in D2R Ladder season 3 is the Act 2 Desert Mercenary that you can hire from Greiz. They should be equipped with a Spear or Polearm and the Might Aura which gives you a way to deal with enemies that are immune to your main source of damage. <\/span><\/p>\n

The weapon the mercenary uses should utilize the Insight ability which provides you with a higher mana regeneration, which is ideal for our build. And although the mercenary can be difficult to keep alive, if you have the loadout we’ve specified in this guide, it should be a lot easier, and you can of course heal them with healing potions. <\/span><\/p>\n
Lastly, by chatting with any of the Mercenary NPCs in each Act, you can revive a Mercenary who has been killed in battle. But keep in mind that there is a ceiling of 50,000 Gold and that the cost increases with each repetition.<\/span><\/p>\n
