In Fallout 76<\/strong>, there are a lot of different weapons<\/a> that players can get and use against the various enemies in the game. Players can get normal guns, energy guns, melee weapons, and more. The kicker for most of these weapons is that each weapon will use a different kind of ammo, so players will often have to hunt down and carry many different ammo types.<\/p>\n

This can become a complicated situation as players may have too much of one ammo but not enough of another. That is why Bethesda created an item known as the Ammo Converter<\/strong>. The Ammo Converter will convert one ammo type for another, so it is very useful. Here, we are going to go over where you can find the Ammo Converter Plans so you can craft<\/a> them for yourself in Fallout 76.<\/p>\n

How To Find The Ammo Converter Plans<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In times past, the Ammo Converter Plans were only available by hitting Rank 5 during The Legendary Run Season of Fallout 76. But since that season is long gone, Bethesda<\/a> has created a new way for players to get the Ammo Converter Plans in the game. All players have to do is simply buy the Ammo Converter Plans <\/strong>to get them.<\/p>\n

As of this writing, there are two different locations where you can purchase the Ammo Converter Plans. You can buy the Ammo Converter Plans from either Minerva or Mortimer<\/strong>. Mortimer is more than likely your best bet to get the Ammo Converter Plans as Minerva only has the plans randomly. But players who do purchase the plans from Minerva will save some money by doing so.<\/p>\n

How To Use The Ammo Converter In Fallout 76<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Using the Ammo Converter in Fallout 76 is pretty simple. The main thing that players need to do is set it up. Players will have to go to their CAMP and start building. The Ammo Converter is in the Resources section<\/strong> of the build menu. Find the Ammo Converter and place it wherever you want in the CAMP.<\/p>\n

Players can then go up to the Ammo Converter and place the ammo they want to trade in. In exchange, they will get AmmoPoints. These AmmoPoints <\/strong>can then be used in the same Ammo Converter to get your desired ammo type.
