We are almost halfway through VCT LOCK\/\/IN<\/a>, where all the Valorant partnered teams are competing for the first time in one place. In addition to this, Riot also invited two Chinese teams, EDward Gaming and FPX, after Valorant got approved in China.<\/p>\n

During the pre-event press conference for the Omega group that took place yesterday on, February 21, I asked EDward Gaming’s Assistance Coach, Shijun “Muggle” Tang<\/strong>, about how the team is practicing to close the gap that is there in terms of skills, scrims, etc. since Valorant arrived in China later than the rest of the world. <\/p>\n

“I think for the quality of all the teams, definitely we had a huge gap in comparison to other regions, but I would like to give my thanks to teams like DRX because definitely they one of the top teams in Asia<\/em>,” Muggle explained. “And because we can have some scrims with top teams like DRX, this really helped us a lot in improving our skills and our abilities to bridge the gap.<\/em>“<\/p>\n
