When starting Sons of the Forest<\/a>, you’ll receive an objective to access the Emergency Pack from within the game’s inventory system. Unfortunately, many players don’t know that the Emergency Pack is a single-use item containing various starting items, which you’ll find while searching the crash site. However, the question remains: How do you use the Emergency Pack in Sons of the Forest?<\/strong> Well, the answer is relatively straightforward. This guide will explain how to access and use the Emergency Pack to manage your Inventory efficiently in Sons of the Forest.<\/p>\n

How To Use Emergency Pack In Sons Of The Forest<\/h2>\n

In case you didn’t know, the Inventory is bound to the “I” key by default, but you can change it to match your preference in the Controls tab of the game’s Options menu. Scroll down to find the Inventory selection, and you can bind a different key or button before saving it. Otherwise, if you decide to keep the default setting, tap the “I” key or the “Down” button to access the Emergency Pack.<\/p>\n

You’ll find the Emergency Pack in your Backpack<\/a> (or rather, your Inventory). Before using it, you must first add it to your mat and then click the gear icon to open it. The items you’ll receive from the Emergency Pack include a Guide Book, GPS, Lighter, and Tactical Axe. Along with the Duct Tape, Meds, a Knife, and what appears to be a drinking consumable, you can equip these items to your Backpack for the time being.<\/p>\n

You can also do some basic crafting through the Emergency Pack, which can be helpful in the early portion of the game. This basic crafting station lets you produce more essential items like Meds and Bow and Arrows<\/a>, for starters. That said, more advanced crafting will have to be done at 3D printers<\/a>.<\/p>\n
