(Picture: Behaviour Interactive)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On 13th March 2023, a statement on the Dead by Daylight Twitter account mentioned that the team has been <strong>&#8220;actively investigating reports of DDoS&#8221;<\/strong> happening over the weekend to prominent streamers.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rsp-embed-container\" contenteditable=\"false\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en_US\" data-twitter-extracted-i1678854817380228926=\"true\" data-twitter-extracted-i1678895134620911216=\"true\" data-twitter-extracted-i1678895957438393876=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The team has been actively investigating reports of distributed denial of services (DDoS) happening over the weekend to prominent streamers in our community. &#129525; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/etgUPsYYiW\">pic.twitter.com\/etgUPsYYiW<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Dead by Daylight (@DeadByBHVR) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DeadByBHVR\/status\/1635386920065978369?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 13, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>Behaviour Interactive reassured worried players that the developers are doing everything in their power to prevent the attacks from affecting other players.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;While we will continue to monitor the situation internally, we are also taking every measure to ensure that this does not further impact any of our players,&#8221; they explained.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, the team also mentioned that, despite &#8220;looking into every corner to ensure that our network packets are safe &amp; secure,&#8221; they had not turned up any &#8216;strong leads.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Dead By Daylight Community Responds To DDoS Attacks<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/dEd9MTmIhup3XIOHik5Oah9rkLFwGlxOIr-8YIUEF5I\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9EZWFkX2J5X0RheWxpZ2h0L0JpbGxfb3ZlcmJlY2tfMi5qcGc\" alt=\"otzdarva dead by daylight community ddos\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">Dead by Daylight DDoS attacks have occured more than once.
