Blizzard&#8217;s support service has also offered the following <a href=\"https:\/\/us.battle.net\/support\/en\/article\/333523\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">official steps<\/a> if you can&#8217;t patch or install Diablo 4 launch version:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>Make sure your device meets the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/diablo-4\/pc-specs-minimum-file-size\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minimum requirements to run Diablo IV<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your device&#8217;s operating system is up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Restart your device.<\/li>\n<li>If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>At the time of writing, the only steps you can take on consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X\/S) are to restart your device and uninstall then reinstall the game.
