You can increase your Stash size in Diablo 4 with additional Tabs by parting with your hard-earned Gold. (Picture: Blizzard)

When we finished Act I’s story in Fractured Peaks, we had over 90,000 Gold in our pockets, and we splurged on extracting and imprinting Legendary Powers, alongside item upgrades at the Blacksmith and more. Therefore, we don’t think the 100,000 Gold cost for a Stash size increase in Diablo 4 is all that high.

Remember, the Gold cost is for the first Stash Tab increase in Diablo 4. The exact increase in terms of Gold Cost for additional Stash Tabs remains unknown at this point, but we will update this section as soon as we know more.

Is Diablo 4’s Stash Shared?

Yes, the good news is Diablo 4 has a Shared Stash. This means that one Stash is available across all your characters, and you can use it to send items between them.

How To Unlock Stash in Diablo 4

The exact location of the first Stash you will encounter once you make it to Kyovashad in Diablo 4. (Picture: Blizzard)

Once you make it to the main city of Fractured Peaks, Kyovashad, the Stash will automatically be unlocked. It is just up and slightly left of the main Waypoint, next to the Wardrobe, so you should have no trouble finding it.

The Stash will be available in each town or hub, relatively close to the Waypoint of that area.

Diablo 4 Stash Tabs & Slots

At the time of writing, it appears that every Stash Tab in Diablo 4 provides players with 50 lots to use. That’s quite a lot for the betas, but when the full game gets released, players might be hoarding a tonne of items.

It is unclear how many Stash Tabs you can purchase with Gold or if there will be any other way (possibly via the Battle Pass or Season’s Journey) to get more Stash Tabs without spending your gold.
