In Dead Island 2<\/a>, the post-apocalyptic version of LA, called Hella-A, has been overrun by blood-thirsty zombies. Survivors are few and far between, and the lavishing mansions and golden streets of celebrities have been abandoned. <\/p>\n

As such, you will often encounter locked doors, stashes, and areas in the game. Usually, these optional locations are home to valuable resources, workbenches, blueprints, etc. Curtis’ garage door is one such locked door you will encounter during the side quest, “The Death of the Party.” Here’s how you can open it. <\/p>\n

How to open Curtis’ garage door<\/h2>\n

The key to Curtis’ garage door is, well, inside the garage. The good news is that you don’t need the key to get into the garage. Go to the other side of it,  where the cars are parked, and you will see one of the two sides of the garage is open.<\/p>\n

Go inside, and you will find a couple of flame barrels sitting there. To set them on fire, throw any of your weapons on one of them and let the magic happen. The fire will spread throughout this side of the garage and open up a small path next to the paint bottles to the other side of the garage. <\/p>\n

Once you’re outside, grab the water jerrycan from next to the black car and extinguish the fire in the garage. Now, you can easily make your way to the other side of the garage. <\/p>\n

On this side of the garage, you will find Curtis’ garage key, which, in all honesty, is pretty useless now. However, you will also find the blueprint for Reinforced Perk sitting on the workbench, so don’t forget to grab that. Aside from this, you will also find an Uncommon tier Rake weapon and other valuable crafting resources. <\/p>\n
