The museum is one of the most important locations for those playing Stardew Valley, as it’s the place where you’ll display your various collections of items that you’ll collect while playing the game. However, for those who are new to the game, the museum can be somewhat challenging to find, as it isn’t exactly positioned in the center of Pelican Town.<\/p>\n

The Stardew Valley museum can be found in the southeast part of the map<\/strong>. In fact, it’s the building furthest to the southeast! To get there, you’ll need to walk out from your farm into the city to the east. Next, you can head down the first southern path and head east from there. You’ll eventually end up at the museum if you keep heading in that direction.<\/p>\n

If it’s your first time at the museum, you’ll get a special cutscene, in which the purpose of the museum will be explained to you, and you’ll be able to get started adding your Artifacts and other items to the collections there.<\/p>\n

The museum in Stardew Valley holds all of your collections and your gallery,<\/strong> meaning it’s essentially a place to showcase everything you’ve done along your journey and what you’ve accomplished. There is also a library within the building.<\/p>\n

When you first see the museum, it will be totally empty; that’s because you need to fill it up! You’ll be tasked with adding items to the museum that you find around Pelican Town, though keep in mind that you’ll only need to donate one of each item.<\/p>\n

There are a lot of good reasons to look for the museum in Stardew Valley; filling up your collections is a pretty integral part of gameplay, so you’ll want to find the museum early on and get started.
